Besides the "Halo 3:ODST"...they are coming out with a "Halo:Reach" which starts from the beginning of the story. Can you imagine play an FPS using this NATAL. That would be crazy.

Looks pretty cool. The Metal Gear series would be pretty cool on this.

I suspect we'll still see many wii-esc damages. Kicked/punched TVs, vases, pets, younger siblings.

So instead of Wii controllers breaking TV's all over the nation, it's going to be peoples shoes. Great.

Something tells me this thing won't be nearly as cool as they made it seem. Just wait until you get your virtual self shot or you lose a game because the camera failed to pick up your motions correctly. I foresee many glitches.

someday it will be that cool -- and more.

I remember when there were no faxes, cell phones, computers or internet. It wasn't very long ago.

I've no doubt the tech will get there but we all know how first gen things like this never work as advertised. Nevertheless I am looking forward to all those YouTube vids of people hurting themselves or their furnishings from overzealous body movements.

Have you guys watched the Lionhead demo at the bottom of the page I attached....Watch it and tell me what you think. I think it's cool but at the same time wierd(in a bad way)how AI can recognize so much through a camera.

It can't, which is why I'm so skeptical. If it was so easy to track a normally clothed persons body movements with a camera, then why do all those motion capture studios use those body suits with reflective/colored balls attached to the body joints?

I use TrackIR for some games I play and it does a really good job of tracking my head movement - BUT - I have to wear something on my head that either reflects or emits IR light to be tracked by the camera. If they could have done the same without me having to augment my head they would have - only they didn't - which is why this MS product just isn't going to work as they depict.

MS has great ideas, but when they come into play....they suck.

Not a Wii fanboy here, I own a 360 and Wii.....i play 360 more than the Wii, but anything MS copies...it just fails~
