thinking about traveling italy.
Im 20 and was thinking about flying to venice, bullet training to rome, then to napoli, then ferry to palermo, then flying home. june 2007, about 3 week trip. I figure about 2k for hostels and flights and transportation. plus a grand for spending cash. any thoughts? certain cities i should stay in longer than others? i read that napoli is a shithole, but i really wanna see pompeii so i gotta stop by there and get a *pizza*
