That's kinda like a whitewall. There's a old local guy here that comes out to you and 'paints' a layer of white rubber over your sidewalls for a whitewall look. All four tires for $80AUD/$60US too. It won't come off as it's more rubber glued over the tire, like bike patches...

Thats pretty kewl .. i would like to get a red pin stripe on my tires .. do you think a guy like that is in every state
