a lto of issues come with buying cars from canada and using them in the states. for example, honda does not warranty anything on canadian cars, you would have to drive it across to get warranty work done.

also bmw is really strict about what they can do under warranty and what kind of deals to give out on canadian cars. i'm not sure about toyota but that could be a problem.
