Just got off the phone with the mover who was supposed to move a piano out of my house today. They can't come until tomorrow now. What am I doing right now? Standing here wishing I hadn't man-handled that stupid thing to the front door!

I'm in pain. I'd rate the pain a constant 7/10. My lower left back area hurts, I havent been lifting anything so I'm worried it may be kidney stones (never had them before) or an intestinal blockage. I cant get back to sleep. Wondering if I should head off to ER or give it a few more hours. I havent taken any pain killers for the pain either.

Getting ready to go and pick up my mountain bike from the shop. Had a new saddle installed as well as a new pedal assembly as mine was shot. I am hoping my son and I get in at least 2 more 30 mile rides before the snow flies.
