I know there are a few folks that feel they were slighted in the fuel economy forum recently. Perhaps with this clean slate we can all work to approach subjects and each other a little better but we must also realize that sometimes things just won't go well. Performance-minded folks coming into the FE forum screaming about the latest expensive thing that promises - or not - to save a gnat's ass worth of fuel is akin to the newbie that stumbles into the Performance forum extolling the virtues of the latest $25 mod chip they found on eBay. In either case no one should expect anything less than a general beat down to occur.
