Reason to Change factory fill sooner : go here ...
http://www.bobistheoilguy.com/forums...786#Post920786 . Did this for both our YARISes at around 1,200 miles and then again little over 3,000 miles later . I would think the factory fill of oil would be 5w-30 since it's printed on oil cap and stated in the owners manual .

I might do another change again before the 3K. I'm at about 7,400mi. Did last change at 5k. I'm going to try an OEM thai filter this time. Castrol Syntech 5/30 too. Also, I've got my magnetic drain plug in now so I can see what it picks up.... |
