I have American Eagle 17" MSR Style 138 rims with +42mm of backspacing on my black 08 hatchback, and they are very similar to the rims you pictured. I am running 215/45ZR17 Riken Raptor ZR tires on them. Check them out...



I like 'em! But be forwarned that they do drop your gas mileage a little and the ride is a bit rougher; but the car does handle better! Be sure to adjust your calculations such as your odometer reading will be low by 7% (if you switch from 14" to 17" tires).
