The best way I know of to reduce the engine movement is to install the TRD and/or C-One upgraded engine/trans mounts.

I have the two side TRD mounts for sale for $200 for both if you want, they are brand new and I paid over $360 for them, just never got around to installing them.

I already sold the C-One trans mount I had to user "jkutcha" and you can search for his review of that on here (if it didn't get wiped).
