90915-YZZD3 is the filter used on toyota's larger engines... used to be called a "truck" filter because toyota didn't have any big "car" engines.. so it's sometimes referred to as a "truck" filter..

i understood what you meant i just find it funny that your using a v8 filter with no problems......

You probably wont have any problems running a larger filter but if it costs more than the regular filter you are wasting your money.
