You could just include a nut. Put the bolt on first, put the then the extension on. Angle the extension the way you want it, then reverse twist the nut, till it tightens.
Thats how the Skunk2 shift knobs go in the Hondas. Since the Skunk2 was metal, and theres no extra play, like the stock shifter has, the extra nut would tighten the shifter where you kept it. Hope that made sense. |
