I have a TRD (US version) on my '08 Sedan. Rest assured it not too loud. In fact I'm sure may would consider it too quiet (by ricer standards). Nice tone during acceleration. Quiet around town and on the highway when going 65 mph or less. Gets louder under the load of travelling 70 mph+ but nothing these 53 year young ears can't tolerate. That said, if I was planning a 1000+ mile family trip I'd likely take the ten minutes to switch back to the stocker.
