I'd get the Yokohama Advan Neovas. Pretty sticky tire, perfect for trackdays, canyon carving and unbelievable in the wet. It's a popular rally-x tire here where we run on mixed surfaces (dirt, loose rocks, tarmac / cement /asphalt and some grass in one event). AFAIK treadwear is also about 140-160. The Neova AD07 is the current model but the AD08 is coming out in the US in May 09' I believe.

Great tyre, but certainly NOT the tyre the OP is looking for here.
