i dont under stand why people call cars rice or ricers. i can under stand if the cra was honda crx with trd all over it or a escort with a big ass spoiler. but some guy yelled out the widow of his jack up F150 "fuckin ricers!!!!", when me and my buddy are just riding down the road. his car a 1991 civic with a B18 engine swap in stock on the outside is ugly but he put his money in hte engine instead of painting it or puting a body kit on it. that to me is not rice, but the other guy was a redneck
