have you not though about getting a used yaris ? I don't know how far OR is from Canada, but there are plenty of used yarii here. 9000$ US, that's over 11000$ CAD. You can get a descent 06-07 3 or 5 doors here with 50,000-80,000km.


edit: less mileage than that... you can get 07's with less than 50,000km for 11,000$ CAD, manual, AC, power lock, power windows.
