Alright yes, you are a customer. You deserve my respect and I am here to assist you in meeting your needs. It's just like when someone has used a tool or machine to do a task and treated it rather unkindly and than brings it back expecting a full refund. If you beat the shit out of your car or truck for 30 days can you take it back to the dealer and say I would like a full refund? They would laugh at you and have you removed. You are right, no respect at all.
