Shift from 1st to 2nd is fine, sfifting 2nd to 3rd, pressing clutch all the way still grinds. I can't shift from 2nd to 3rd in one smooth motion at high rpm without a grind. Actually have to wait for a second or so.

get rid of that mobil1

that's a synchro destroyer (ask me how i know)
