^^^Very nice! I think smoked headlights/tailights compliment white cars better than other colors, they look good with other colors but white obviously compliments it the most! Good job!

i've asked this question on i think another thread... but why do you guys have to bake the headlight? do melt the glue or something? doesn't it melt the whole assembly as well? or blur out the crystal lens because of heat?

well you only bake it at 250, and yes its to heat up the glue so you can seperate the lense from the housing unit. When I did mine (as you can see in the first pic in 1st post) i just place the headlight into the oven and turned the knob to 250, keep checking (every 1min) and kept smelling for burning plastic. no worries; I also had to throw it back into the oven to re-heat the glue after painting to put it back together.

The glue is a butyl rubber cement that softens up when heated.

I did my old Camry at 325 F.

(Add a few potatoes and carrots and chill a bottle of wine.)

geez... so that's the secret... i was cleaning my sportsbike lens few years ago and all i could do is to fill it with water shake it and insert a cloth inside to wipe it dry... it was hard... i think they may have the same cement used and all i need to do is to bake it.
