The damaged part is part of the Antenna Amplifier Assembly (Toyota part number: 86300-52290). It's list price is over $200.

The missing factory whip antenna is 86309-52040.

Good lookin' out! For now I have wrapped it secure w/ black electrical tape and I still have my whip antenna but I never plan to put it back in. I'll look into that part number. That price is just stupid.
