According to my ScanGauge, my normal operating temperature is 184F. On hot days and stop and go traffic, I've seen it climb to 200F.

In fact, at the last autocross, it was hot and as we inched forward to the starting line, the temp went slightly over 200F. I kinda started getting worried. Obviously, there was no boosting going on in the paddock.

yes, but if you want to know a radiator's efficiency, you need to measure water temp at the outlet to the radiator.
