I've lived in the Portland/Happy Valley/Milwaukie area since September and like it a lot. Have yet to actually go to the tracks here, but excited at the prospect. The last place I lived only had a 1/4 mile track, and the yaris isn't the ideal car for it, but it was fun. Kaiser Permanente hospital is close by where I live if you want to look into that place for the wife.
