I used to have the same car, a 2000 Ford Focus SE sedan. The cupholders on that thing were so wide, that anything UNDER a 44oz. drink would just roll out. And you couldn't put a 20 oz. bottle in the passenger side because of the dash curviture. Talk about cup holder fail.
And mine had the DOHC 2.0 engine with the good intake manifold (Focus's mfg'd in 99 had a better intake manifold than the later models) and it definitely didn't outperform my Yaris. |
