Big Brake Kits

D2:

http://www.d2racingsport.com/brake.htm

VTTR:

- 17' Rays Engineering Gram Lights 57 series wheels
- VTTR Racing 6 pot aluminium brake calipers
- VTTR Racing 330mm 2-piece slotted disc rotors

http://vttr.ourpower.com.tw/cubepor0...bin/home.phtml

I think these two are the cheapest big brake kit, in my country that is because others like Endless, Project Mu cost 1k+ more, so are there any others?

The ABS on our car are really scary, sometime it feels like the brakes are fading and its not enough to stop the car

Hmm. I drive my car very aggresively. And the brakes seem to work very well. No fade even after many hard applications. I have not tried it on the track yet. But i would assume they would hold well there as well too.

You'd have to put 17s on which would negate some of the gains a big brake kit would give. Plus having big wheels and big brakes means slower acceleration.

I'd say go with the R1 concepts drilled rotors and carbotech pads from micro image. They are considerably better than stock rotors/pads, and from what I hear are much better with brake fade on the track

what you need is a good set of pads, good fluid, and lines.

D2 is just like K-Sport, Rotora and they are just another made in china/taiwan brand. They have been known to have plenty of quality control issues, warping rotors, and caliper issues.

Save up, and buy some stoptechs, or 4 pot brembos. You can find a great deal on some preowned if you look around.
