The shifting is actually memory stored in the ecu. The transmission has learned shit habits...... I am willing to bet money the dealership will disconnect your battery (or can probably do it via computer) to reset the ecu.

The wandering hmmmmmm please chack the air pressure in all the tires. I bet they set everything "neutral" with centered adjustments. Was it a 4 wheel alignment? Whay did you get it done? I would return and state you are not happy with it. I am close to 33K miles in just one year and I have not had any alignment issues.

I think just a front wheel alignment, I got it done because they did a courtesy check and showed me that is was a little off and this was my first one that I had. And I will check tire presure befor I go today.

I disconnected the battery and it is still doing the same thing today. It seems that there is a vibration when it is shifting into gears, feels like it is coming from the front of the car.
