Heading to an appeal hearing to try to persuade the Dept of Labor that despite what my ex-employer says, I did NOT leave work "voluntarily" - the whole frikkin' shop was laid off pending receivership, and I was one of those not hired back at the other end of it.
Wish me luck... It would be nice to actually GET unemployment pay for a change. |
