Heard that it may be wise to pull plugs @ say 50,000 miles regap & clean the threads add antisieze to threads & reinstall them if you dont want to buy new ones. This is to prevent plugs from siezing in the heads when you pull them @ 100,000 miles.

They're installed with proper antiseize compound at the factory, and gapping's not recommended with the iridium plugs. It is highly advisable to let the engine cool completely before removing plugs from an aluminum head, and to use a torque wrench when installing the new ones, though these are plugs that use a gasket and thus have some leeway on installation torque. If you ever strip the plug hole threads in the head, though, you'll wish you hadn't.

i guess u have never worked flat rate...lol that is good idea if u do it urself but honestly not many shops will ...hot or cold they come out lol
Torque is ...snug plus one lol

Yes, this his what many recomend.
Personally, I simply changed the iridium plugs on my othe car at about 60k. IMO, if you are going through the trouble of pulling them, you might as well replace them.

I'm not going to trouble myself to look at them earlier than recommended, as long as it's running OK.
