possibly picking up 5 dr lb

so im trading in the 08 leased civic tomarrow. hopefully ill return home with a 5 door lift back in black.

any thing i should do before signing the papers?

if you could do it over again which would you choose 3 or 5 door lift back?
or would you go with a sedan or coupe?

i love the look of the lift back but am debating beetween the lift back or sedan.
so far ive narrowed it down to im postively getting something with 4 passanger door's.

I bought my 08 Sedan used. If I could have afforded it, I would have bought the 5dr LB. I got the S package sedan for a lot less than a comparable 5dr would have been. No used 5drs out, it's too new.

liftback owns. I love the storage capacity in the back. makes it a much more useful car. i think it looks sportier.

i have the 08 3 door and love it . i think it looks a little sportier than the 5dr but i wouldnt be opposed to owning the 5 door.

3 door since 5 door doesnt come in stick. dont see the point of the sedan unless it can be had for $12-$14k. otherwise a corolla can be had for $15-$16k.

I love my black 2008 S Sedan but it would have been a tough choice between it and the 5-door had it been available in 2008. My only reasoning for the 5 door would have been greater aftermarket support for the hatches. But having a tuned Sedan makes my car even more unique.

Good luck with your purchase and please post pics of your car when you get it.

I'll agree with you on that. I don't see many sedans, and as of now, I haven't seen an S like mine anywhere. Seems like that's the most rare model out there. Guess it was a good thing I got this used, rather than the 5dr LB.

I just picked up a 5 dr (base) 2 weeks ago. Power package, cruise, remote entry (steel wheels). I am leasing it... They gave me $2500 for my old guzzlin' Buick and with zero cash down, I got into a 36 month lease for $157/month. Buyout at the end is around $8k. Great little car, drove 1100 miles in 2 weeks... averaging 40.11mpg. Got it in Bayou blue...
