I thought you posted a picture of an auto transmission being taken apart for maintenance, some time ago?

for $2600 they might have just replaced the whole thing for all we know!

Ok long time gone by but update as to what was happening with the oil light. It seems that there are about 2 or 3 toyota models that have a higher then usual amount of gas in the oil and so on those models of cars if you leave a fliter on for longer then like 7/8 thousand miles the gas will rot and clog the oil filter. AMSOIL figured this out and are now refunding me what I had to pay the dealer ship since they feel it is there fault for not noticing this issue sooner. While it took a while AMSOIL stood up to what it said and made sure that one way or another we would get are money back. So now I just change filter about every 5,000 or so miles

Kudos to Amsoil for sticking by you-this must be why their website is only recommending their filters for oem intervals. If so we are talking SCARY levels of fuel dilution here folks!
