Ok ok ok... Maybe the Cinquecento... If the Alfa MiTo comes, Mr. Cinquecento might have some competioin... But then again even the MiTo might fall short... Im so excited I just dont know what to do... Wait and see I guess...

Exterior looks a little too round and cutesy for me, but the interior is one of the best I've ever seen

Performance and handling wise I'm convinced it's no different than the Yaris

As glad as I am to have the 500 come over here, perceptions about Fiat (and Chrysler) reliability will have me on the sidelines and very happy to keep my Yaris. I am certain Fiat's build quality is better than in years past (could it be worse?) but it is still an unknown at this point.

Iconic styling/shapes are very cool, but they do tend to limit how a car can evolve. MINI is facing this as is (I would assume) the Beetle. The car's classic looks become a bit of a trap...this could easily happen w/ the 500. I am glad the Yaris or the iQ have little of this baggage...leaves room for more innovation, imo.

That said, if Chrysler is going to offer a small car, they are lucky to be able to bring something (if they handle it right) that will create some real buzz. I hope it succeeds.

Fiats are like "cryslers" good in concept, lousy in execution: good ideas, nice design, constant repairs and things that don't work the way they should and can't be fixed...
