I know it could be apples and oranges, but does anyone have both a scangauge and the ecometer? Just for comparison sake performance-wise. I know the ecometer is more inexpensive and looks more stylish, but I'm curious about side-by side performance.

Wouldn't you need a special adapter to be able to plug both of them in
at the same time?

Or are you meaning that one at a time but someone owning both?

(I'm a little slow sometimes)

Someone owning both but one at a time. So I guess not side by side haha I didn't think of that... but you get what I mean.

but one could do so if i'm not mistaken. if i remember correctly, there are y-adapters (or splitters), for the obd-II port. on the other hand, there are signal/distortion/noise issues involved.

http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/engi...-splitter.html
^talk about the obd-II splitters, and the signal issues.

^source for "splitter".

edit: caliyaris- so is $67.83 shipped the price to beat then?

edit#2: since the bullydog watchdog was brought up... i duno about that monitor. it seems like something that can look like a portable gps, or in other words, something inviting for thieves. i'm trying to avoid that without putting the device away everytime i park.
