The break squeel has been happening to me for the past 30,000km. I have no idea what it's from and Toyota can't figure it out either. They attributed it to me living in a cold weather area (BS).

If you end up figuring it out let me know.

Oh and to change the bulb ... you basically have to just undo some clips for the bumper, unscrew the 3 screws for the headlight and remove the housing ... then just unclip the bulb and replace. I know it seems like a pain, but I've done it when both of my lights went out and replaced with some GE Nighthawks (what a difference from OEM).
