Yeah I am rinsing with warm water and salt, it feels like it brings the swelling down slightly, but its still sore as hell, but the shard is already poking out again..
I really do hope it comes out soon as I hate feeling new anomolies to my body, it always weirds me out.... like styrofoam... i hate pet peeves |
