"Some very reliable models do not perform well enough in our road tests for us to recommend them. One example is the Toyota Yaris: Its ironclad reliability doesn't make up for its below-average performance." So annoying how these publications / websites go on about low performance... they must just be making assumptions without driving the car.
Funny too in this case, because if you click the link on that page for more information about the Yaris, you get to a page that says this: "The Yaris is offered as both a liftback and a sedan for the U.S. and is designed to offer a level of style and fun-to-drive performance that is often not found in the subcompact class while the interior provides a surprising level of roominess and comfort." |
