I would tell the judge he is a fool for believing in imaginary people and then I'd recommend he seek therapy. I would also petition the state to have him removed for psychiatric reasons.

That would count as insulting the judge, which would work against you. Kissing his or her ass would result the same. Just stay neutral with the personal comments for a much more logical judgement.

I know I would be held in contempt, Id still do it. And on and on up the justice system we would go all the way to the supreme court.
