this is a cool thread. it is always good to realize everyone else has issues too, and that i might actually be human (well i don't really believe that.)

I've always had weight problems, from the very beginning. My first bought of weight loss was when I was in the 6th grade, so about 11 or 12. I lost about 25 pounds, and my goal weight was 160. Yea, I have what most would call a large frame.

I was fine through high school, always remaining active and relatively healthy at 6'2" and 250 lbs. But when I hit college I stopped being active and started gaining weight. I stopped caring and my high was a few years ago at 345. It is rather sobering to realize you weigh more than most NFL players listed weight.

I have a very sedentary lifestyle, though a rather active job. It helped the first year, but after that my body grew use to it. I have absolutely no motivation though, and that has always been my biggest problem for anything. I could lose some weight just by caring and my job, if i started eating right. It is not easy though, even though i totally hate the way i look. I can never be motivated by anything for more than a couple hours. I just don't know how people get motivated or inspired to do anything.
