A 5-door Yaris will do you just fine. You don't need anything bigger, and the low cost and high fuel economy will certainly help out both in the short and long term, especially with your current job.
After 3 years I still love my 3 door Yaris, but yes, it is difficult to get an infant in and out of the 3 door model as you are not to place car seats in the fronts of vehicles.
