I was under the impression that the "Sport Package" was not available as a package per se until the 2010 model year... before that, there was the "S" version of the cars available, and there is no "S" anymore.

Regarding your second point, I was referring to the original, factory-installed cruise control... the difference that I think you pointed out here:

"The non-power can come with a cruise but it will not be Toyota's parts. It will be the Rostra, which has the light built into the stalk. You can add the Rostra kit after buying the car."
