go to the dealer from wich you purchased it and complain, they will have to replace your bumper

Yeah right. Its part of the delivery process.

You could get some interior push pins and paint the heads body color and stick those into the holes, or you can head to a body shop and have them fill the holes and paint the bumper.

actually it is not part of the delivery process.... I live in a 2 plate state and recieved my car with no front plate holes, so some Jack-Off at the dealership you purchased your car from put holes in your nice new bumper, I would bitch up a storm if I lived in a one plate state

Or you can take it to a body shop and have them fill and spray the bumper. Shouldn't be more then $150.
