anyone here ever ran 15's and 16's together?

A guy that works for me has a nice 87 MR2. His neighbor who has a 2003 MR2 offered him his factory wheels. They are 15" fronts and 16" rears with almost new tires. I don't remember the tires but the wheels had JDM center caps. $250... The wheels look great on the MR2 being rear wheel drive. I don't know about on a Yaris.

I've ran 15x7+35 Koseis with 15x7.5+38 Dragsomethings.

I've done 195/50R15s with 205/50R15s.

I've done 14s and 15s.

you will not be able to ratate any more.

bmw, mercedes, chevy, pontiac, ford, all run different sized rear rims...mostly on sports cars.

mr-s is 4x100

but w/ different sized wheels front and rear you can't really rotate your tires front to back w/o looking stupid...

87 mr2 wheels ftw!

As long as the sidewall is matched to the rim so the overall diamter of the 2 are the same you should be ok.
