I tried to tighten my belt because its squeaks all the time. Is the lower bolt (the long one) on the alternator reverse threaded? I can't get mine off to save my life.

Nope, none of the bolts involved are reverse threaded. Pretty standard metric stuff, don't know exactly what pitch...
