Less understeer. Less body roll. Everything a swaybar does, a larger swaybar will do more.

The 23mm bar isn't enough to "cause" oversteer in a Yaris, though. It's still a FWD car.

Balls out with a throttle lift off could change that though.

(that kind of maneuver done just the wrong way could have a completely stock Yaris in an oversteer condition)
