the law is aimed at being able to crackdown in beach towns like Old Orchard where every wannabe fat old bastard, who's life is washed up and they are essentially waiting to die, ride their stupid over-priced Harleys with straight pipes all day and night. locals cannot get a moments rest for 5 months of the year.
