as far as I seen Garm's sit a LOT lower and has a storage are I think too. As for install I can't help you there. Like others have said the "USA" version we'll call it is a PIA to get in but ounce it's in there it serves a good purpose. To tell you the truth it's one of my favorite parts I added to mine. And if you got a stick-shift I've herd it's kinda hard. Another thing you should be warned if you have a drink in the included cup holder you can't really flip it up very well, but all and all it's a good part I think.

I recently ordered this from trdsparks (yet to recieve) would you guys say it's fairly stable? I tend to lean on armrests typically

SIPNGAS (Lisa) is from Wisconsin, and I believe has one of the Garm center
console armrests. She doesn't post much anymore...perhaps too busy.
I had wanted to see how her's looked and functioned with the manual
transmission. She said it was easy to install.

Wow....it's been almost two years, and I still haven't bought one.
