Stop your reasoning right there. 12psi on one thing is not 12psi on another depending on how much air it pumps out. A tune cannot be "aggressive or subtle" The fuel is tuned to 11.* AFR and the ignition is dialed in to where there is no knock.
In terms of aggresiveness it relates to how much pressure you are pumping in there. Say on this engine 6psi on his turbo kit is streetable. you can get away with 8psi on a good tune, but on these internals and that turbo, you would be wise to not try to push more than that.
