Found it, was hiding in the PDF file.
 I can't seem to find the instructions related to inserting the pins into the white D3 connector. I can see where the connector is (will make a better tutorial later for situations like mine), just want to deal with this two-pin or three-pin situation in my DIY (FYI, the clockspring and connector under the steering wheel both have three pins...
