^ you could even try calling Toyota and ask for if they have a firm who is representing on their behalf and call them - they have lawyers, I promise. You can call them and let them know you have interest in the car and see what they can do to help you. Representives won't talk to you. They will give you that information - but they won't give you any information on that car because of the automatic stay ... so try that. Again, I don't know how automotive default/Bankruptcy cases are handled but I'm thinking it would be similiar.
