i'm stuck on level 19 because i can't afford the cars i need to proceed :( grrr!

That's how it was for me. I must have did the same race 30 times just so I could buy a $5,000,000 car. Now I have 80 cars and atleast 6 of them cost over $4,000,000. Try to save up enough to by the Formula Gran Turismo. It will beat any other car easily.
