I take one Centrum Performance + Omega 3 Fish Oil in the morning to start my day and finish the night with a 3 mile run.

The Kirkland brand. Compares to Centrum. At 500 tablets per bottle it's a great value.

Vitamin Code: no synthetics and raw food based so it's easier on the stomach.
