First off: it's a Toyota!
I like doing more with less, and to haul excess metal (or spare tires, or back seats) up and down the mountain I live on bugs me, and right now the Yaris is as close as I can affordably get to the minimum amount of metal to do the job comfortably. The Toyota IQ looks good to me also. A few times since I've had my HB, I accidentally had to really romp on it, I mean I didn't plan it or anything, just a oh sh*t moment when flooring it helped avoid a problem. Each time I was surprised by what it can do when you're in the right gear and you really put your foot into it! The rest of the time my eyes are glued to the ScanGauge, in Granny mode. Last of all, my Yaris, especially lately, makes me look FORWARD to going to the gas station. I like to look around at the others filling up (painfull) and I try REAL HARD to keep from grinning stupidly! Plus it's just fun to drive. Last edited by Idahotom; 03-29-2011 at 12:48 PM. |
