siguro nga participation fee ung hinihingi sa akin. mukhang ang nilagay sa report e ako daw ang may kasalanan, so instead to pay for 1k, sa labas ko nlng ipapagawa. ung kay que qatso libre lahat nung na bangga sya pero perwisyo dahil ikaw lahat maglalakad ng proceso.
